How to connect Power Automate
- Go to make.powerautomate.com → Create → Automated cloud flow → trigger When a new task is created (Planner) → pick your group and plan → Create.
- Add the HTTP action and set:
MethodPOST· URI/api/connections/inbound· Header: nameAuthorization, valueBearer YOUR-TOKEN(create a token above and paste it here). - In the same HTTP action, paste this into Body:
{ "title": "@{triggerBody()?['title']}", "description": "@{triggerBody()?['description']}", "dueDate": "@{formatDateTime(triggerBody()?['dueDateTime'], 'yyyy-MM-dd')}", "senderName": "@{triggerBody()?['createdByUser']?['displayName']}", "planName": "@{triggerBody()?['planTitle']}", "taskId": "@{triggerBody()?['id']}" }Click the lightning icon inside each quote and pick the matching dynamic value from the Planner trigger. If one isn't offered, type plain text instead (e.g."planName": "Marketing"). - Save the flow. Anyone with access to that plan can now send you requests — no Calm Execution account needed.
- Test it: create any task in the plan. Within a few minutes it appears in Connections → In/Out. If not, check the flow's run history —
201means success,401means the token was pasted incorrectly.

How to connect GitHub Issues
- Click Create a GitHub token above. It opens GitHub's Generate new token (classic) page (github.com → Settings → Developer settings → Personal access tokens → Tokens (classic)) with the token name and repo scope already filled in.
- Check the details, set an expiration (90 days is fine), making sure the repo scope is ticked so issues can be read and the webhook registered.
- Click Generate token and copy it immediately — GitHub only shows it once.
- Paste the token into the field above and click Connect.
- Choose the repository to watch, decide whether all issues or only issues assigned to you become requests, optionally require a label (e.g.
request), then click Watch. - Test it: open or assign an issue in that repo. Within a few minutes it appears in Connections → In/Out, and status and comments keep syncing both ways.

How Connections work Share work with people — without taking on their chaos.
Connections is how you work with people without letting their urgency become your load. It keeps shared work in one contained place — requested, accepted, tracked, and completed — so collaboration never turns back into mental chaos.
Connect
What it is: Your Calm Key is your address. Share it, or enter someone else’s key or invite link, to form a connection.
How to use it: Send a request, they accept — and only then can work flow between you. No one can reach you until you let them in.
In / Out
What it is: Incoming is work sent to you; Outgoing is work you’ve sent. Every item shows its status — pending, accepted, in progress, in review, completed.
How to use it: Accept what you’re ready for, reject what you’re not. Accepted work appears on your Focus Board as a normal task — you finish it there, and both sides stay in sync automatically.
Logs
What it is: A record of everything that moved — work sent, accepted, completed, or disconnected.
How to use it: Check it when you’re wondering “where is that?” instead of mentally tracking who owes you what. The log holds it so you don’t have to.
- Other people’s urgency is not your instruction. Nothing enters your board until you accept it.
- One container, not twelve. Requests and shared work live here instead of scattered across messages, email, and memory.
- The system holds the tracking. Statuses and logs replace background monitoring, so your mind can let go of open loops.
You share the work — not the weight.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Avasyo.
Less pressure.
Better performance.
Avasyo was built around a simple belief:
You cannot consistently execute well when your mind is overloaded.
It isn't about doing more, moving faster,
or squeezing productivity out of every hour.
It's about reducing the mental noise, creating enough space to think clearly, and taking the next step without carrying everything at once.
Why We Built Avasyo
Avasyo started with burnout.
It was built by a founder who had reached a point where the usual productivity tools weren't solving the actual problem.
There were task managers, project boards, productivity systems and meditation apps.
But the problem wasn't knowing what needed to be done.
There was simply too much happening at once.
Too many open loops. Too much uncertainty. Too much pressure. Too many things competing for attention.
The result was a system that became increasingly difficult to manage — even when the individual tasks themselves were manageable.
So Avasyo was built to solve that problem.
It became the backbone of the founder's own recovery.
What We Believe
Contain the chaos
You don't need to carry everything in your head at the same time. Externalising thoughts, tasks and uncertainty creates space to think.
Anxiety is not instruction
Feeling pressure doesn't mean everything is urgent. You can acknowledge the feeling without allowing it to decide what you do.
One step at a time
You don't need to solve the entire future. Sometimes the most useful question is simply: What matters right now?
Recovery is part of performance
Recovery isn't a failure to be productive. Sleep, regulation, reflection and recovery help build the capacity to keep functioning well over time.
A Different Kind of Productivity
Modern productivity tools are often built around one assumption:
MORE = BETTER
- More tasks.
- More notifications.
- More urgency.
- More output.
But when pressure rises, productivity doesn't necessarily improve. Sometimes the answer isn't to push harder.
It's to slow down enough to think clearly.
Avasyo is designed to help you function better when things become difficult — not simply help you do more when everything is already going well.
Change Your Distance
One of the core ideas behind Avasyo is that you don't always need to look at everything at once.
When you're overwhelmed, everything can feel equally important.
Avasyo gives you different levels of focus.
See Everything
Start with the full picture — your tasks, thoughts, priorities and everything competing for your attention.
Reduce the Noise
Move away from the clutter and focus on the things that actually matter.
Narrow the Focus
Get down to the one thing that needs your attention right now.
Step Away
Sometimes you need to leave the task environment entirely. Calm can help you step out of the workload and into a calmer, AI-guided space where you can unpack what's happening, clear your head and work out what comes next.
You don't always need more organisation. Sometimes you simply need less to look at.
From Recovery to Resilience
Avasyo isn't only about helping you get through today.
We want to help you become better equipped for tomorrow.
The grounding and recovery approach within Avasyo is influenced by Stress Inoculation Training (SIT) — a psychological framework focused on helping people develop the ability to function effectively while experiencing stress and pressure.
The goal isn't to eliminate stress. It's to develop the ability to experience pressure without automatically becoming overwhelmed by it.
Through grounding, controlled engagement, reflection and repeated successful experiences, we can begin building confidence in our ability to handle difficult situations.
Resilience
Each time you experience pressure, regain your footing and continue intentionally, you create another experience of “I can feel this and still function.”
That's why recovery matters. We're not just trying to help you recover from overload. We're trying to help you build greater resilience for the future.
How Avasyo Brings It Together
Every part of the app supports the same fundamental process:
Unload → Contain → Clarify → Focus → Execute → Recover → Build Resilience
You don't have to fix everything. You don't have to solve everything today.
You just need to know what matters right now.
Less chaos.
More clarity.
Avasyo.
Avasyo Philosophy
1. What Avasyo Is
Avasyo is a nervous-system-aware execution and cognitive containment platform designed to help people function more effectively under stress, uncertainty, pressure, and overload.
This app is not designed to:
- maximize hustle,
- create constant urgency,
- or push endless productivity.
It is designed to help you:
- reduce mental chaos,
- regain focus,
- contain overwhelm,
- separate tasks from emotional pressure,
- and move forward through calm structured execution.
This is a stress-regulation and execution system disguised as a productivity app.
2. The Problem This App Solves
Many people under prolonged stress begin experiencing:
- mental fog, racing thoughts, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, difficulty focusing, anxiety around tasks, avoidance, doom scrolling, panic-driven work cycles, and the feeling that everything is urgent simultaneously.
Over time, the brain starts trying to:
- mentally carry everything, continuously monitor uncertainty, rehearse unresolved problems, and predict future threats.
Tasks stop feeling like simple actions. Instead they become emotionally charged with:
- fear, pressure, self-worth, uncertainty, responsibility, and survival.
This creates paralysis, fragmentation, emotional overload, and unsustainable execution. Avasyo exists to break that cycle.
3. The Avasyo Philosophy
Containment Over Chaos
The nervous system struggles when trying to process everything simultaneously, predict every outcome, and carry unresolved uncertainty constantly.
Avasyo reduces overload by externalizing pressure, narrowing focus, categorizing uncertainty, and reducing cognitive sprawl.
The goal is not: “Solve everything immediately.” The goal is: “Know what matters right now.”
Anxiety Is Not Instruction
Fear, pressure, overwhelm, and mental fog are not reliable prioritization systems. The app helps separate emotional activation from intentional action. You do not need to obey every anxious thought.
One Step At A Time
The app continuously narrows focus toward the next concrete action. Not the entire future, every possible outcome, or every unresolved problem. This helps reduce overwhelm, paralysis, and nervous-system overload.
Sustainable Execution Over Panic Productivity
Avasyo is not about overworking, constant optimization, or productivity obsession. The goal is calm flow, emotional regulation, sustainable focus, and long-term stability.
Recovery Is Part Of Performance
Sleep, recovery, emotional regulation, movement, breaks, and nervous-system stability are foundational to focus and execution. Recovery is not weakness. It is part of sustainable performance.
4. Understanding The Nervous System
Under prolonged stress, the nervous system can become conditioned into constant threat monitoring, hypervigilance, future simulation, emotional overload, and cognitive fragmentation.
This often creates the feeling that: “If I stop thinking about everything, something bad will happen.”
The result is mental fog, inability to rest, difficulty prioritizing, emotional exhaustion, and anxiety around even simple tasks.
The nervous system becomes overloaded not just by work itself, but by carrying too many unresolved loops simultaneously.
Avasyo helps reduce this by creating containment, structure, prioritization, and emotional separation.
5. Stress Inoculation Training (SIT)
Avasyo is heavily influenced by Stress Inoculation Training (SIT).
SIT is a psychological framework designed to help people function more effectively under pressure, uncertainty, and stress.
The goal is NOT to eliminate stress completely, avoid discomfort, or become emotionless. The goal is to remain functional, grounded, and intentional while stress exists.
SIT works through gradual exposure, emotional regulation, structured action, and repeated successful engagement under pressure. Over time, this helps reduce avoidance, panic reactions, overwhelm, and emotional paralysis.
6. How Avasyo Applies SIT
Controlled Exposure To Stressful Tasks
Avoidance strengthens anxiety. The app helps users approach difficult tasks gradually, break them into smaller actions, and engage without becoming overwhelmed. This teaches the nervous system: “I can experience discomfort and still function.”
Separation Between Emotion And Action
The app helps separate the task from the emotional story attached to it.
Example:
- Task: Finish article
- Emotional amplification: “If this fails, everything collapses.”
- The app narrows the focus toward: “Write the next section.”
This reduces emotional flooding and cognitive overload.
Reducing Catastrophic Thinking
The app repeatedly redirects attention toward current facts, actionable steps, and present priorities. Instead of endless future simulation. This helps reduce emotional escalation, panic spirals, and nervous-system overload.
Building Confidence Through Repetition
Each time a user organizes pressure, narrows focus, re-engages with stressful work, or completes difficult tasks calmly, the nervous system learns: “Stress does not automatically mean danger or collapse.” Over time this builds confidence, emotional regulation, focus, and resilience.
7. How Each Area Of The App Helps
Brain Dump
Purpose: unload mental pressure, externalize racing thoughts, reduce cognitive overload. This helps stop the brain from trying to carry everything internally.
Review & Sort
Purpose: organize chaos into containment, separate actionable tasks from emotional noise, categorize uncertainty. This teaches the nervous system: “Everything does not need equal attention.”
Today’s 3 Wins
Purpose: reduce overwhelm, narrow focus, prevent fragmentation. This helps train: prioritization over panic.
Right Now
Purpose: focus on one concrete action at a time, reduce future simulation, prevent cognitive sprawl. This trains: present-focused execution.
Waiting On
Purpose: release active mental tracking of things outside your control. This helps reduce unconscious background processing, and nervous-system load.
Current Facts
Purpose: separate facts from catastrophic thinking. This grounds the nervous system in reality instead of fear projection.
Done
Purpose: create visible evidence of movement and progress. Anxious minds often under-recognize progress, and over-focus on unresolved problems. The Done section helps rebalance this.
Status Checks
Purpose: support nervous-system regulation, increase self-awareness, and prevent overload escalation. These are not productivity metrics. They are stability supports.
Fog / Panic Mode
Purpose: reduce cognitive flooding during overload. The interface narrows into current facts, next action, grounding, and containment. This helps the nervous system return from chaos to focused stability.
8. The Goal Of Avasyo
The goal is not perfect productivity, emotional suppression, or endless performance. The goal is calmer execution, reduced overload, contained thinking, emotional regulation, sustainable focus, and recovery of clarity, confidence, and momentum.
The app exists to help people move from panic, fragmentation, overwhelm, avoidance, and mental chaos, toward containment, structure, calm flow, grounded focus, and sustainable forward movement.
9. Important Reminders
- Anxiety is not instruction.
- Everything cannot be equally urgent.
- One clear step matters more than panic about everything.
- You do not need to mentally carry everything simultaneously.
- Recovery is part of performance.
- Progress is built through contained, consistent movement.
- Stress does not automatically mean danger or collapse.
- You only need to focus on what matters right now.

Integrations Overview
Avasyo supports three types of integration to connect your existing tools without requiring accounts, third-party logins, or complex setup:
- Outbound Webhooks — push task events to any URL. Works with Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, Teams, Notion, and thousands of other services.
- ICS Calendar Feed — paste a private calendar URL and Avasyo will show today's appointments in your Today view.
- GitHub Issues — connect a Personal Access Token to pull your assigned GitHub issues as tasks.
All credentials are stored locally on your machine and never leave your device.
Configure each integration under Settings → Integrations.
Outbound Webhooks
What is a webhook?
A webhook is a URL that Avasyo sends an HTTP POST request to whenever something happens — like a task being completed. The receiving service can then trigger automations, send notifications, or log data.
Setting up a webhook
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Tick Enable outbound webhooks
- Paste your webhook URL
- Choose which events to send
- Click Save webhook, then Send test to verify
Payload format
Avasyo sends a JSON POST with the following structure:
{
"event": "task.completed",
"timestamp": "2026-05-25T09:30:00.000Z",
"task": {
"id": "right-now-1",
"title": "Review Q2 report",
"tag": "Work",
"column": "done",
"effort": "30m",
"dueDate": "2026-05-25"
}
}
The event field will be one of: task.completed, task.created, or task.moved.
Webhook: Zapier
Zapier's Webhooks by Zapier trigger lets Avasyo kick off any Zap when a task event fires.
Setup steps
- In Zapier, create a new Zap and choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger
- Select trigger event Catch Hook
- Copy the webhook URL Zapier provides
- Paste it into Avasyo Settings → Integrations → Webhook URL
- Click Send test in Avasyo
- Click Test trigger in Zapier — it will find the test payload
- Add your action (e.g. Google Sheets row, Slack message, Notion entry)
Example Zaps
- Task completed → Add row to Google Sheets (daily log)
- Task completed → Send Slack message to #wins channel
- Task created → Create Notion database entry
- Task completed → Add to Todoist completed log
Webhook: Make (formerly Integromat)
Make's Webhooks module can receive the Avasyo payload and route it to thousands of apps.
Setup steps
- In Make, create a new Scenario
- Add a Webhooks → Custom webhook module as the trigger
- Click Add to create a new webhook and copy the URL
- Paste it into Avasyo Settings → Integrations → Webhook URL
- Click Send test in Avasyo to register the data structure
- Add downstream modules and save and activate the Scenario
Example Scenarios
- Task completed → Log to Airtable base
- Task created → Add to a Monday.com board
- Task moved → Update a ClickUp task status
- Any event → Send email digest via Gmail
Webhook: n8n
n8n is a self-hostable automation tool. If you prefer to keep your data on your own infrastructure, n8n pairs naturally with Avasyo.
Setup steps
- In n8n, create a new Workflow and add a Webhook trigger node
- Set HTTP Method to POST and copy the production webhook URL
- Paste it into Avasyo Settings → Integrations → Webhook URL
- Activate the workflow and click Send test in Avasyo
- Add downstream nodes (e.g. Postgres, Slack, Notion, HTTP Request)
Example Workflows
- Task completed → Write to a self-hosted Postgres database
- Task completed → Send message to a self-hosted Mattermost
- Task created → POST to an internal API endpoint
n8n is free to self-host. See n8n.io for setup instructions.
Webhook: Slack
You can send task events directly to a Slack channel using Slack's Incoming Webhooks — no Zapier or Make needed.
Setup steps
- Go to api.slack.com/apps and create or open an app
- Under Incoming Webhooks, activate the feature and click Add New Webhook to Workspace
- Choose the channel to post to and authorise
- Copy the webhook URL (starts with
https://hooks.slack.com/services/...) - Paste it into Avasyo Settings → Integrations → Webhook URL
- Click Send test — you should see a message appear in Slack
Note: Slack Incoming Webhooks expect {"text": "..."} format. Avasyo sends a richer payload, so use Zapier or Make to reformat if you need specific Slack message formatting.
Webhook: Teams & Notion
Microsoft Teams
Teams supports Incoming Webhooks via connectors on any channel.
- In Teams, right-click a channel and choose Manage channel
- Under Connectors, find and configure Incoming Webhook
- Give it a name (e.g. "Avasyo") and copy the URL
- Paste it into Avasyo Settings → Integrations → Webhook URL
Teams expects a message card payload. Use Zapier or Make to reformat the Avasyo JSON into a Teams-compatible adaptive card if you want rich formatting.
Notion
Notion doesn't support direct incoming webhooks, but you can connect via Zapier, Make, or n8n:
- Set up a Zapier or Make scenario with Avasyo as the webhook trigger
- Add a Notion action: Create database item
- Map fields: title → Name, tag → Tags, dueDate → Date
- Each completed task will create a new entry in your Notion database
ICS Calendar Feed
What is an ICS feed?
An ICS feed is a private URL that provides your calendar data in a standard format. Avasyo fetches this URL on a schedule and shows today's appointments in your Today view — giving you schedule context alongside your tasks.
Getting your Outlook ICS feed URL
- Go to Outlook Web (outlook.live.com or your Microsoft 365 Outlook)
- Click the calendar icon in the sidebar
- Right-click your calendar and choose Share calendar
- Under Get a link, click Create for the ICS link
- Copy the URL and paste it into Settings → Integrations → ICS Feed URL
Getting your Google Calendar ICS feed URL
- Go to Google Calendar
- Click the three dots next to your calendar and choose Settings and sharing
- Scroll to Integrate calendar
- Copy the Secret address in iCal format
- Paste it into Settings → Integrations → ICS Feed URL
Important: Keep your ICS feed URL private — it provides read access to your calendar without a login.
Refresh interval
Avasyo fetches the feed at the interval you set. 30 minutes is recommended for most use cases.
GitHub Issues
What gets synced
Avasyo fetches GitHub issues assigned to you that are currently open. These appear as tasks so you can see your development work alongside your other tasks.
